Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Build RESTful APIs and ensure their security, performance, and scalability. Write modular, reusable, and clean code with good documentation practices. Implement complex business logic on the backend and ensure smooth integration with the frontend. Build responsive, interactive user interfaces with React.js and ensure a seamless user experience. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.Required Skills: Expertise in MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Strong backend development skills, including experience in handling complex APIs and scalable systems. Proficient in database design, aggregation pipelines, and query optimization in MongoDB. Solid knowledge of frontend technologies including React Hooks, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with authentication methods (JWT, OAuth) and web security best practices. Experience using Git and CI/CD tools. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar (preferred). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

Technical & Professional Requirements :1. 3 Years of hands-on experience in REACT JS (Redux, ReduxThunk, Context API), React Library.2. General Understanding of Programming, Code Optimization, and best software development practices.3. Knowledge of working with both SQL/No SQL databases like React, Node & MongoDB, etc.4.
