The ideal candidate will manage the financial aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.**VISIT BHADANIS GULF MEP & CIVIL QUANTITY SURVEYING WEBSITE**Key Responsibilities:**VISIT BHADANIS GULF MEP & CIVIL QUANTITY SURVEYING WEBSITE** BHADANIS GULF QUANTITY SURVEYING ONILNE TRAINING FOR CIVIL & MEP ENGINEERS , QUANTITY SURVEYORS MEP ENGINEERS , INTERIOR FITOUT ESTIMATION OIL AND GAS 1. **Cost Estimation**: Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects, analyzing project requirements and specifications to present accurate forecasts.2. **Tender Management**: Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and evaluate received bids to ensure compliance and competitiveness.3. **Contract Administration**: Review contracts and ensure compliance with all project specifications, while managing any changes in scope that may affect the budget or timeline.4. **Site Measurements**: Conduct regular site visits to take measurements, assess progress, and verify the accuracy of installed systems against project specifications.5. **Budget Tracking**: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, reporting on variances and recommending corrective actions when necessary.6. **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to deadlines.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess a degree in engineering or a related field, with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience.
