This includes preparing cost estimates, budgets, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The QS will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cost Estimation and Planning 2. Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. 3. Analyze architectural, HVAC, Electrical and PHEF drawings and specifications to develop accurate project costings. 4. Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Cost Control and Management: 1. Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to the budget. 2.
