Ensure compliance at transaction level any other compliance requirement for NGO as directed by department from time to time.- Oversee FCRA compliances and ensure industry best practices are followed, which shall include maintenance of separate books of accounts, ensuring no mixing of FC and LC funds, managing sub-accounts, FCRA returns and other compliances- Ensure that all activities comply with various legal provisions, ethical standards and industry best practices
