About the Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Maximo Technical Lead to spearhead implementation, support, and enhancement activities for high-performance enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM Maximo (version 7.6 or higher), Java development, and Oracle DB, with proven experience leading technical teams and working with manufacturing clients.Responsibilities of the Candidate:1. Execute ITIL-compliant support and enhancement for a complex Maximo Application Suite.2. Provide hands-on support for critical issue resolution in collaboration with internal and third-party teams.3. Coordinate with technical teams for resolution and documentation of technical issues.4. Liaise with clients and other stakeholders for effective decision-making.5. Monitor SLAs/ KPIs and proactively address any service-related issues.6. Deliver timely updates and reports to clients and Management.Requirements- Must- Have Skills-1. Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (version 7.6 or higher) in implementation, upgrade, and support, ideally in manufacturing environments.2. Technical and functional expertise in Maximo, with IBM Maximo certification (preferably MAS 8/9).3. Knowledge of Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or above and related modules such as Maximo Mobile / Maximo Anywhere.4. Proficiency in Oracle Database (12c or higher) and experience working with Java-based integrations.5. Ability to lead technical teams, troubleshoot critical issues, and interface with clients and cross-functional teams.Good to Have Skills-1. Experience with end-to-end Maximo implementations for rail customers.2. Workshop facilitation for requirement gathering and design validation.3. Experience delivering training for Maximo systems.4. Understanding of infrastructure planning (middleware, database, server architecture).Preferred Certifications:1. IBM Maximo Certification (MAS 8/9)2. Oracle Certified Professional (optional)

Lead meetings with business users to fine tune the user stories and define requirements scope- Work with offshore team to provide clarifications of requirements and to co-ordinate the work progress- Work with different vendors and teams including client teams to manage communication, reviews, artifacts walkthrough, etc- Provide effort estimates for defined scope of work- Read the existing design documents and analyze the configuration as needed to understand the existing functionality and the changes needed to fixenhance it- Develop Maximo solution design documents for the requirements as needed- Build and Unit Test Maximo components for the user stories- Prepare or review Migration packages, associated Management of Change (Migration) documents and oversee migration of components in higher environments- Sanity Test migrated changes in QA environments
