This role ensures that client sites are adequately staffed, staff performance meets standards, and client satisfaction is consistently achieved.Key Responsibilities:1. Manpower Deployment & Management Coordinate and supervise the deployment of facility staff (housekeeping, security, technical, etc.) at client sites. Ensure optimal staffing levels across assigned locations. Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and replacements in case of absenteeism.2. Client Coordination Serve as the first point of contact for client concerns and service requests. Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality and address any issues. Maintain strong professional relationships with client representatives.3. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all deployed manpower meet legal and company compliance requirements (ID proof, background verification, PF, ESI, etc.).
