You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting HVAC sales both RAC and VRV and forging strong relationships with clients.Responsibilities Responsible for Distribution network Multi brands with local distribution rights held by the company in AP & Telangana region. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeopleResponsible for Maintaining trust and understanding in working with dealer network. Monitor dealer performance to achieve sales targets Responsible for Sales and stock of Showrooms, Sales, and payment collections for AP & Telangana Region. Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures. Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping operations. Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements, make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs including VRV/Non VRV. Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
