Roles & Responsibilities: Search new areas and develop new ICS as per the requirement. Make a monthly working plan for all field staff and execute the same. Coordinate with field officers for farmers' visits and resolve the farmers' queries to convert fromnon-organic to organic farming. Planned and conducted the farmer training program as per the requirement. Resolve all queries of the field officers in the context of HR policy in coordination with the HR team. Need to prepare ICS documents for farm auditing. Plan, handle, and complete field audits with zero NC's. Any NC given should be implemented properly so that it won't get repeated.
