Job descriptionProvide direction and leadership to the program heads of the foundation in order to ensure that all its operations makes a meaning full impact on the social sector by working with NGOs, CBOs, Government, Academia, Donor community and other relevant stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Work with management team to evolve program intervention plans in order to meet foundation goal and ensure the timely implementation of such interventionsBe responsible to execute and manage day to day operations through program heads and managersBuild required external contacts, relationships and networks in order to support program heads to achieve respective program objectivesWork with donor community in order explore possible resource mobilisation for operationsBe accountable to hire, retain and mentor people to ensure effective program deliveryExplore newer opportunities, innovations and experiments in order to enhance productivity and impact of operationsPerson specifications:AttributesEssentialDesirableQualificationsDegree /Masters Degree in any streamSpecialization in any social science, any course in leadership management, NGO Management, CSRKnowledgeUnderstanding to people management, Networking, leadership management program implementation strategy, basic research, orientation to Social sectorExposure to NGOs and Its operation, experience in working with networks/federation. Exposure to quality control, impact measurementsExperienceMinimum 15+ years of experience at managerial and leadership roles. Experience of managing medium size team with multiple backgrounds.
