Assist Patients with Daily Living Activities

Key Responsibilities:Assist patients with daily living activities, such as mobility.Provide companionship, ensuring patient comfort and safety.Monitor and document patient health status and report to healthcare professionals as needed.Travel to various patient locations within a 10-15 km area in Chennai as per the assigned schedule.
