We are seeking a Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee and manage our machining operations in Chakan. The preferred candidate will have a background in engineering and relevant experience in a machine shop environment.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Supervise Daily Operations**: Ensure the machining processes run smoothly by overseeing the day-to-day activities within the shop. This includes monitoring workflows and implementing improvements as necessary.- **Team Management**: Lead and coordinate a team of machine operators and technicians. Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance the team's performance and skill set.- **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain quality standards for all manufactured parts. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and tackle any quality-related issues promptly.- **Scheduling and Planning**: Develop production schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
