Operate and monitor production machines according to SOPs.Set up machines before production and make basic adjustments.Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.Record production output and machine parameters.Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.Report machine breakdowns to the maintenance team.Follow safety guidelines, 5S, and company policies.Work in rotational shifts to meet production targets.

- 3 Axis/ 4 Axis / 5 Axis / GROB operators required.- Set-up computerized machines to perform machine functions on work pieceInput control instruction into the machine.- Evaluate program blueprints to outline machine operations and dimensions.-Install machine tools and gadgets using manual working tools.- Replace old machine tools when worn-out with new ones- Make use of network links to ensure transmission of command fromcomputer servers to computer numerical control modules- Take accurate measurements of workpiece and gauges for production- Carryout maintenance measures to ensure good condition of machines- Change or replace switches and cylinders- Good knowledge of set-up and operation- Good knowledge of blueprints and micrometers- Good knowledge of edits and G-Codes, M-Codes- Have basic knowledge of production materials
