Job Openings for 1 CNC Operator Job with minimum 2 Years Experience in Mumbai having Educational qualification of : B.Tech with Good knowledge in Blueprint Reading, Equipment Setup, Material Knowledge, Problem-solving, Quality Control, CNC Machine Operation etc.

Key Responsibilities:1. Set up and operate CNC machines, including milling, turning, and grinding machines.2. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.3. Load and unload parts, tools, and materials, and perform routine maintenance tasks.4. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs as needed.5. Meet production deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements.6. Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.Requirements and Skills:1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.2. 2+ years of experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.3. Strong knowledge of CNC machines, programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code), and software (e.g., CAD/CAM).4. Excellent mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet production deadlines.6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

On-Site End-User Support And Customer Support During Field Visits Or Dispatches Should Be Able To Manage All OnSite Installation, Repair, Maintenance And Test Tasks Diagnosing Errors Or Technical Problems And Determining Proper Solutions Need To Carry Out Regular Repairs, Maintain Equipment, And Demonstrate To Clients How To Use Products/Equipment And Also Need To Have Excellent Communication Skills Willingness to learn about machinery Looking after office and stock of machinery inward outward Sanding machine for repair and keeping the track Visiting Client site for installation Guiding on Video call in case of any issue faced by the customer Giving Trail of machinery with client product at our office site helping in courier Packing of machinery & parts (wooden and carton) helping in Dispatching the material into logistics (booking and getting LR for the same)

Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our team and contribute to our production process.Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, cutting, shaping, and finishing parts/components according to specifications.Read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints to determine machining operations.Select and install proper cutting tools and fixtures for the job.Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Requirements:Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environmentProficient in reading technical drawings/blueprints.Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operating proceduresExcellent attention to detail and qualityGood communication and teamwork skills

Experience in construction background and have experience in stone, marble granite cutting, metal and wood ornamental and decorative works.

Should Be Able to Operate Lathe Machine and Do Operations like Turning. Facing, Drilling, Threading Etc.
