Plastic StaffingKey ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation & Setup: Set up, calibrate, and operate blow molding machines, including changing molds and tools.Production Monitoring: Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency, monitor temperatures, pressure, and timing, and minimize downtime.Quality Control: Inspect finished products visually for defects (weight, dimensions, finish) to ensure they meet specifications.Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating, and troubleshoot minor mechanical or process problems.Documentation: Record production data, material usage, and maintenance logs.Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work area, following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety guidelines (e.g., GMP).
