We are handling Dispatch, Operations & Accounting from India Office which is based out in Noida location.Role & Responsibilities:As a Dispatcher at our company, you will be taking care of below mentioned responsibilities: Dispatcher need to track each & every load booked by our Company. Need to take care of tracking Loads by tracking Trucks & by keeping in touch with Drivers. Need to take care of loads Pickup on Time by taking ETAS & ATAS. Need to take care of loads Deliveries on Time by take ETAS & ATAS. Updates to brokers on real Time basis regarding their booked loads. Taking care of tracking Trailers of our company with setup Systems at Dropped locations. Giving accurate response to brokers over Email & Phone regarding their queries.Qualification & Experience: High school diploma or Graduate (BA, BSc., B.com, BBA, BE, BTech) Post Graduates (MBA) may also Apply. Bachelor's or associate degree in transportation or logistics would be advantageous. 2-3 yrs. Of experience in similar industry, Experienced in managing freight & customers handing would be preferred.Skills: Basic computer skills. MS Word, Excel, Transport Management Software (preferred), etc. Basic mathematical skills required. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent time management, quick decision making skill and ability work under pressure. Should be open to work in US Shift (Night Shift: 10 Hrs. duration) and 6 days working.

Job Responsibilities:- Billing Associate1. Generate invoices as per milestone defined in customer work Order2. Coordinate with finance team to decide upon Pro- Forma of invoices, Taxes etc.3. Enter and maintain the invoicing data4. Generate monthly overdue report based upon invoicing done to customer5. Record daily deposits, perform Payment Reconciliation6. Update customer files with issued invoices, create aging file7. Must work closely with team and other employees in department.Requirements:1. Proven accounting experience or previously work for US accounting process2. Worked in collection process3. Competency in MS Office4. Accuracy and attention to detail5. Excellent Communication Skills
