We are handling Dispatch, Operations & Accounting from India Office which is based out in Noida location.Role & Responsibilities:As a Dispatcher at our company, you will be taking care of below mentioned responsibilities: Dispatcher need to track each & every load booked by our Company. Need to take care of tracking Loads by tracking Trucks & by keeping in touch with Drivers. Need to take care of loads Pickup on Time by taking ETAS & ATAS. Need to take care of loads Deliveries on Time by take ETAS & ATAS. Updates to brokers on real Time basis regarding their booked loads. Taking care of tracking Trailers of our company with setup Systems at Dropped locations. Giving accurate response to brokers over Email & Phone regarding their queries.Qualification & Experience: High school diploma or Graduate (BA, BSc., B.com, BBA, BE, BTech) Post Graduates (MBA) may also Apply. Bachelor's or associate degree in transportation or logistics would be advantageous. 2-3 yrs. Of experience in similar industry, Experienced in managing freight & customers handing would be preferred.Skills: Basic computer skills. MS Word, Excel, Transport Management Software (preferred), etc. Basic mathematical skills required. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent time management, quick decision making skill and ability work under pressure. Should be open to work in US Shift (Night Shift: 10 Hrs. duration) and 6 days working.

- Managing incoming material as per the given schedule & requirement .- Should have working experience in Tool Room - Mandatory.- Can read mechanical drawings and co-ordinate with vendors for material Mandatory- Some-one who can do costing of part as per drawing.- Quality check of the incoming material as per standard.- Process payments and invoices.- Ensure that right and correct material price are given as per the market. - Add new vendor and upgrade the existing vendors.- Collaboration between customer and supplier.- Analyze & understand a Real-time Organization's Supplier development Program.- Ensure all the documentations are in place. - Open to work 6 days a week.- Preferred candidates from Packaging, Heavy Machinery Selling industry

Skills required:- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical finished goods warehousing / inventory management,packaging and logistics experience in a pharmaceutical export company OR apharmaceutical global logistics company is mandatory.- Advanced level of proficiency in understanding of Pharmaceutical Cold Chain temperaturemaintenance, adequate pharma packaging, as per Pharma GDP norms. Prior experience /exposure of GDP / GMP audits will be preferred.- Responsible, punctual and organized individual with attention to detail required.- Problem solver in an uncertain circumstances and ability to behave and plan the operationsin a careful and risk mitigating manner.- Good written and verbal communication in English language.- Intermediate proficiency level required in MS Excel, MS Office, Internet usage and Emailwriting.- Willingness to review the processes, identify the gaps and inform the management aboutimprovement measures, wherever required, shall be highly appreciated.
