Key Responsibilities:Project TL and WC CMA Creation: Develop Term Loan (TL) and Working Capital (WC) Credit Monitoring Arrangements (CMA) data for loan syndication and financing.Financial Ratio Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial ratio analysis to support decision-making in terms of loan evaluation and project feasibility.DPR Creation: Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for loan applications and syndication.TEV and LIE Report Preparation: Conduct thorough evaluations of project viability and submit Lenders Independent Engineer (LIE) and Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) reports to clients and financial institutions.Loan Syndication Support: Assist in managing relationships with banks, investors, and clients for financial due diligence and loan syndication.Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare financial models including cash flow forecasting, balance sheet projections, and profit & loss analysis.Compliance & Advisory: Ensure all project financials adhere to current regulations and provide financial advisory support for critical decisions.Risk Assessment: Perform in-depth risk assessments and financial audits to mitigate potential risks associated with loan syndication and project financing.Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and financial institutions to gather and verify relevant information for financial reporting and analysis.
