Valid two-wheeler license and government-issued ID.Key Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain relationships with beneficiaries, vendors, stakeholders, and bank managers.2. Activate banking networks to simplify loan processing for consumers.3. Process and manage loan applications, disbursements, and repayments.4. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and scheme norms.5. Coordinate with bank branches, regional offices, and the head office.6. Conduct financial literacy programs for beneficiaries.7. Resolve customer grievances effectively.8. Monitor loan portfolio performance and report to management.9. Ensure accurate loan disbursal and streamline company revenue processes.10. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management:Supervise and lead a team of loan officers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address issues, and plan for upcoming activities.Train and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.Loan Processing:Oversee the loan application process, ensuring that all applications are processed accurately and in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during the loan processing cycle.Review and approve loan applications, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria and risk assessments.Customer Service:Maintain high standards of customer service within the team, ensuring customer queries and issues are addressed promptly and professionally.Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues related to loan processing.Performance Monitoring:Monitor the performance of loan officers, setting performance targets and conducting regular performance reviews.Implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve business objectives.Reporting:Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, loan application status, and other relevant metrics to senior management.Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.Risk Management:Identify and mitigate risks associated with loan processing and team operations.Ensure that all loan documentation and processes are in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

1. Follow up on the list of cases sanctioned for the loan disbursement2. Collect the disbursement documents given by the sales team and check theaccuracy and cross check the documents as per the checklist provided by us.3. Submit the documents at the service center and coordinate with our Staff forthe disbursements4. Coordinating with customer/sales officers for document pendency if any andrequired5. Will be an important interface between our Service Centers/Hubs, SalesOfficers & the Customer ensuring smooth disbursement of loans.
