Job description:Job Title: Senior Litigation AssociateLocation: Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra, IndiaExperience: 8-9 years IN LAW FIRM/solicitors/corporatesNote: INDEPENDENT PRACTITIONERS PLEASE DO NOT APPLYRole Overview: Dedicated & experienced Senior Associate - Litigation to support the firms dispute resolution practice. The role involves handling matters across multiple legal forums, including the High Court, DRT, NCLT, RERA, arbitration proceedings, and real estate disputes.The ideal candidate should possess strong litigation experience, the ability to manage cases independently, and excellent drafting and advocacy skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and handle litigation matters across various legal forums.Conduct trials and prepare legal documentation including pleadings, applications, motions, written submissions, and appellate documents.Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitration proceedings.Provide strategic legal advice and research complex legal issues to support case strategy.Coordinate with senior advocates and counsels for case preparation and arguments.Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates.Ensure proper management of case files and maintain accurate and updated documentation.Assist in negotiations, dispute resolution, and settlement discussions where applicable.Qualifications & SkillsLL.B. degree from a recognised university.Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.8-9 years of litigation experience, particularly in High Court, DRT, NCLT, RERA, arbitration, and real estate matters.Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and client management abilities.Proficiency in Marathi (mandatory).Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams).Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment and manage multiple matters simultaneously.Team Management and Team Leadership skills with the ability to guide junior associates and coordinate case strategyCandidates within Mumbai all areas will be highly preferred for face to face interviewJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Provident FundFort, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Application Question(s):Do you have good command over English and Marathi both language?License/Certification:Bar council of India registrations ?
