The ideal candidate should have good physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.Key Responsibilities:Pack, wrap, and label items as per product standardsSort, organize, and place materials/items on racks, shelves, or in binsAssist in loading/unloading goods as requiredMaintain cleanliness and organization in the packing areaFollow company safety policies and proceduresReport any damaged or missing items to supervisorsUse basic tools like tape machines, shrink wrap, and hand trolleysWork with team members to meet daily packaging targetsRequired Skills:Ability to lift heavy packages (as per safety standards)Basic knowledge of packaging materials and toolsStrong attention to detailGood physical stamina and ability to stand for long hoursTeam player with a positive attitudeAbility to understand and follow verbal and written instructionsEducational Qualification:Minimum 8th pass or ITI
