Experience:- 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in reputed corporates (preferably in the telecom software / IT/ ITES / fintech / service companies). Demonstrate knowledge of, and practical exposure to handle contracts and other legal work.Job Description:- Drafting and review of domestic and international business contracts, service provider contracts, procurement contracts, professional / support services contracts, lease agreements, NDA, letter of intent / memorandum of understanding, business partner contracts, franchisee agreements etc. Identification of legal, regulatory and other critical risks in the business & other contracts. Liaison with external legal counsels / law firms and coordinate effectively for smooth closure of multifarious requirements of legal teams work. Handling contract management system/software and maintenance of repository of contracts. Doing routine & day-to-day work in legal team (clearance of law firms invoices, to provide contract numbering, maintain contracts register to name a few). To conduct legal research, analyze laws and provide opinions on different matters. To constantly update on the laws applicable to the company and providing an update to the Team. Any other legal work that may be assigned from time to time.
