Guide students effectively through practical records, investigatory projects, and core experiments required for board assessments. 3. Assessment & Student EvaluationDesign high-quality question papers, periodic tests, assignments, and mock examinations aligned with the latest board patterns.Evaluate student performance systematically, providing constructive, detailed feedback to ensure steady academic growth. Identify students requiring additional academic support and conduct tailored remedial classes or mentorship sessions. 4. Co-curricular & Administrative DutiesSpearhead and support science-related activities, including Science Exhibitions, Olympiads, and inter-school competitions. Maintain meticulous records of student attendance, academic progress, and internal assessments. Active collaboration with fellow faculty members and the academic coordinator for institutional planning and curriculum development. Required Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc. in Physics / Applied Physics) from a recognized university. Professional Degree: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience teaching senior secondary classes (Grades 11 and 12) in a reputed school.Desirable: Cleared CTET / State TET; prior experience in training students for competitive exams like JEE/NEET.Key Skills & CompetenciesSubject Expertise: Exceptional command over both theoretical frameworks and complex numerical problem-solving.
