Education- Graduate/PG degree, 1st class is preferred.Work days: Mon to Sat 9.30 am to 1830 hrs. (Fixed Sunday off) Work from Office mode only.Policies: No phone policy (alternate mobile phone will be provided)Location : Chakala, Andheri EastRole Requirement Must have experience in robust selection process ( various test methods as applicable for the post and detailed evaluation metrics driven methods Post Graduation in HR from Tier 1 college/university & a rank holder Candidates having military family background would be preferred.Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition capabilities (Talent sourcing, Interviewing, offer Negotiation) Time & cost-effective sourcing. Responsible for end to end Hiring process & full fill Talent requirement of the organization Own accountability for TA policies, budget, frameworks & governance.

Your Responsibilities -- Strong experience in Recruitment & Team Handling. - Will be responsible to manage overall operations for the clients & onboarding new clients. - Strong account management exposure is required.- Lead role as SPOC for the assigned clients.- Admirable communication skills & profession steadiness is highly desired.
