Were Looking for Design Engineer / Senior Design Engineer / Team Lead in Bangalore who can start ASAP,Domain: BIW Welding Fixture Location: BangaloreResponsibilities: BIW Welding Fixture / Gripper Conceptual Design, Design Validation & Review, 3D and 2D detailing, Manufacturing Drawings & BOM, Quality Checking & Assurance.Requirements:Qualification B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Automotive Hands on Experience in BIW, Welding Fixture Design using Catia / UG-NX. Exposure to Simulation packages will be added advantage. Good knowledge on entire vehicle assembly, Independent in conceptual Design of assembly line equipments, good knowledge in welding and other joining process, good in GD&T, material science and heat treatment, Good Fabrication Drawings creation and checking. Experience in BIW Welding Fixtures. Should be able to handle conceptual designs independently. Should have exposure to US/European Automotive Standards (OEM standards). Strong technical foundation. Good communication skills. Exp in leading a team of 4 6 engineers. Should be strong on Automotive domain.

Responsibilities Design, develop and implement product functionalities and ecosystem solutions of Effort Estimation, allocation and tracking of tasks Define product specifications and its ecosystem requirements and take the lead on operational and technical releases and enhancements. Develop high-quality product functionalities, software design and architecture Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the product release, enhancements and software development life cycle Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code, configuration and ecosystem Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting o Review and debug code Perform validation and verification testing Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products Document development phases and monitor systems Ensure product is up to date with latest technologies Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Delegate tasks and set deadlines Oversee day-to-day operation Expertise in Java Hibernate and Spring Expertise in RDBMS like MySQL Expertise in NoSQL Database like MongoDB Experience of Elasticsearch Experience in any front-end framework like Angular Experience in building APIs and services using REST APIs.
