Data Collection: Operate survey equipment such as Total Stations, GPS, and transits to measure properties, boundaries, and contours.Site Inspections: Navigate varied outdoor environments in all weather conditions to collect data, place boundary markers, and record topographic information.Crew Leadership: Supervise junior survey assistants and ensure all field operations strictly adhere to Canadian safety and health regulations

1. The candidate should have at least a Diploma in Survey from The West Bengal Survey Institute (WBSI), Bandel.2. The candidate should have worked in Land departments or land survey offices (Govt. Or Private) and handled Land Surveys.3. Should have thorough knowledge of preparing Land Schedule required for land documentation.4. Should have through knowledge of Mouza maps, scaling from mouza map, Dag Numbers (all types), ROR, Conversion Certificates, award copies etc. and respective issuing authorities. 5. Knowledge of Land ownership documents and getting these documents authenticated.6. Preparation of Deed Plan, area statements, 7. Thorough knowledge of Banglar Bhumi website and data downloading and verification. 8. Conducting land survey on field and plotting the data on drawing using AutoCAD and other software's as applicable, superimposing of mouza map over plotted drawing, finding errors and correcting the same and prepare final drawing or deed plan. 9. Through knowledge of using Total Station, Theodolite, and other land survey equipment's, data transfer from the machines to computer and plotting the same.10. Added advantage: Knowledge of Drone Survey technology, drawing reading, data interpretation, error calculation and merging the drone survey data with actual field survey drawings.11. Added advantage: Knowledge in Land Acquisition on, Land conversion process, land dealing process and related documentation.12. At least 10-15 years of experience in theabovework.
