We are looking for a hardworking Packing Labour to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This is a full-time role suitable for individuals with no prior experience, but a strong work ethic is essential.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Packing Products:** Carefully pack products into boxes and containers to ensure they are secure during transport and handling.- **Labeling:** Attach labels to packages with the correct information, ensuring that products are easily identifiable and organized.- **Quality Control:** Check items for damages or defects before packing to maintain high-quality standards in our deliveries.- **Clean Work Area:** Keep the packing area clean and organized by removing packaging waste and materials as needed.- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to meet packing deadlines and contribute to a smooth workflow in the warehouse.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade. Responsibilities:-Monitoring day-to-day activities diligently by visiting all the working sites.-Ensure supervision of construction of interior work at the site.-Ensure all carpenters, plumbers, electricians, labours etc. reach and work at place on site.-Maintain material log.-Manage the procurement of materials and labour necessary to complete the project.-Ensure unloading of materials arrived at site.-Implement the site specific Health and Safety Work Plan and ensure safe working conditions.-Record site observations, employee hours, health and safety statistics.-Supervise subcontractors and approve invoices.-Interpreting interior plans and designs.-Ensuring project completion as per the timeline.Requirements-Bachelor-s or Diploma degree Civil or in related field.-Proven work experience in interior work such as furniture, false ceiling, partition, MEP Familiarity with required tools and equipment.-Strong leadership qualities.-Good communication skills.-Ability to handle situation at site.

Candidate should handle PTW,toolbox, planning and execution of project, communicate with client and lead engineer. Meterials management. Billing ,Quality check . Good attitude of candidate is most important. Hungry to learn more.
