Preparing work schedules and track work activities of Operator, Assistant operator & Labours- Supervise all Production activities at plant and train on-site personnel including all operator,assistant operator & labours- Establish safety protocols for all personnel & for operation of all machineries at the plant- Handling of all the personnels working at the plant- Maintain records & attendance of all personnel working at plant.- Will be responsible for the daily production activities and overall efficiency of the plant- Conduct safety meetings, weekly inspection, and audits of machines & equipments.- Ensuring implementation of all appropriate health & safety standards- Maintain quality control & safety regulations- Submit weekly progress reports- Manage the inventory of spare parts and other consumables- Perform other related duties as assigned from H.O.- Making entries of daily site activity at MCL authorised software.- Basic qualification: Diploma or graduate in any Engineering field.- Languages preferred: Basic English, Hindi, Marathi and local Language

1. Site supervision ongoing OWC operation.2. Maintain Attendance records /OWC report.3. Manage the labors on the site.4. Site visits for documents/ OWC operation.5. Co-ordinate with driver for OWC system delivery. 6. Make arrangement for unloading.7. OWC system Installation.8. Arrange & delivery of Consumables. 9. Basic explanation to client about OWC10. Visits with technicians for OWC machine.
