Record and document test results accurately, ensuring that data is stored for future reference and reporting purposes.7. Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working order.8. Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the supervisor and coordinate necessary repairs.9. Perform routine checks on laboratory tools and instruments to guarantee accurate and reliable test results.10. Follow strict laboratory safety protocols and procedures while handling chemicals, equipment, and bitumen samples.11. Ensure that the lab environment is kept clean and organized, adhering to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines.12. Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations, including the proper disposal of hazardous materials.13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tests, observations, and procedures performed in the lab.14. Prepare detailed reports summarizing test results and provide insights into product quality.15. Assist in the analysis and interpretation of test data and provide recommendations for improvements if necessary.16. Assist the R&D team in the development of new bitumen formulations and product improvements.
