As a LAB Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the laboratory team by conducting tests and ensuring the accuracy of results in a variety of settings. This position is ideal for freshers who are enthusiastic about laboratory work and eager to learn.Key Responsibilities:- Sample Collection: You will be responsible for collecting samples from various sources, ensuring they are handled properly to maintain their integrity for testing.- Conducting Tests: You will perform routine tests on samples using various laboratory equipment, following established protocols to ensure accuracy.- Data Entry: Accurately record test results and observations in the laboratory information system, keeping detailed logs for traceability.- Equipment Maintenance: Help maintain and clean laboratory equipment to ensure all tools are in working condition and ready for use.- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including proper disposal of hazardous materials.Required Skills and Expectations:- Candidates should have completed their 12th grade education, preferably with a focus in science.- Strong attention to detail is essential to accurately perform tests and document results.- Basic knowledge of laboratory processes and safety standards is beneficial but not required, as training will be provided.- Good communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with team members and report findings clearly.- A willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the lab environment is expected.
