Japanese interpreter consultant (Hybrid mode) for MNC Company in GurgaonPrimary Location - Gurugram, Haryana, IndiaResearch & Reporting Analyst -LocationGurugram, Haryana, IndiaRole OverviewWe are looking for a skilled professional with strong Japanese reading and writingcapabilities to support research-driven report creation in Japanese. The role involvessecondary research, database-driven analysis, translation, and preparation of high-quality Japanese-language reports, preferably with exposure to financial andbusiness terminology.Key Responsibilities Prepare research reports directly in Japanese, based on secondaryresearch and database sources Conduct desk research using industry databases, public filings, companyreports, and paid data sources Analyze and synthesize information into clear, structured, and client-readyJapanese reports Translate documents between Japanese English (and/or Japanese Hindi, if required), ensuring contextual and terminological accuracy Apply financial and business terminology while drafting reports,summaries, and presentations Support internal teams with Japanese-language content, including researchnotes, executive summaries, and presentations Coordinate with analysts and consultants to ensure accuracy, consistency,and timely delivery Maintain high standards of data integrity, confidentiality, andDocumentationRequired Skill Set Japanese language proficiency:o Strong reading and writing skillso JLPT N2 (mandatory); N1 is an added advantage Report writing skills, especially based on secondary research anddatabases Awareness or experience in financial terminology (corporate finance, marketanalysis, industry metrics preferred) Translation experience (business, financial, or research content preferred) Strong command of MS Office:o MS Word (structured reports)o MS PowerPoint (presentations)o MS Excel (basic analysis, tables, and data handling)Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Japanese Language, orrelated fields 13 years of experience in research, consulting, financial analysis, ortranslation roles Prior experience working with Japanese clients or Japan-focused projectsis a plus Familiarity with market research databases and secondary researchmethodologies Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teamsKey Attributes Strong analytical and comprehension skills Attention to detail and accuracy in language and data Ability to manage multiple deadlines Professional written communication style in Japanese High level of confidentiality and ownershipcapitalplacement02@gmail.com

Skills Required:Should have at-least 2-3 years of proven translation and good communication skills.Must be JLPT N2/ N1 onlyPrior Japan experience will be a bonusShould have excellent communication skillsRole & Responsibilities:Attend client calls, write minutes of the meetingTranslation of mails and documentsUnderstand client work requirementsBridge with India team and Japanese clientSupport the issues faced by Japanese end clients in phone/ email.
