Create and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities and ensure API security, performance, and reliability. Implement efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms. Optimize database queries for improved performance. Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable backend systems. Ensure seamless integration of backend systems with front-end components. Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality. Debug and troubleshoot issues in production environments. Document system architecture, design decisions, and API specifications.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in backend development. Experience in developing backend systems for warehouse, e-commerce, or retail consumer software is preferred. Strong understanding of database management systems and SQL or NoSQL databases. Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Skill Set: Knowledge and experience in Core Java/J2EE/Servlets/JSP/JavaScript, OOPS, Struts Framework is compulsory Spring Framework, Hibernate technologies desirable Process methodologies - MVC, SOA Architecture Good working knowledge on Tomcat/JBoss servers Developing software using Eclipse/MyEclipse IDE Should have contributed in all phases of the development life cycle Strong communication skillsRoles & Responsibilities: Should involve and be responsible for all the stages of Software Development Life Cycle.
