We are looking for welder.

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling parts and components to create finished products. This includes reading and interpreting blueprints, using hand and power tools, and following assembly instructions accurately.Key responsibilities include assembling parts according to specifications, inspecting finished products for quality, troubleshooting any issues during assembly, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.This role requires attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the capability to lift heavy objects if necessary. A basic understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are also important for success in this position. Prior experience in assembly work is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this field.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment.Support routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.Learn and adhere to safety protocols and operational standards.Maintain daily logs and reports under the guidance of senior technicians.Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors. Handle sales and service activities for products like pumps, valves, compressors, gearboxes, mechanical seals, and centrifugal pumps. Understand and analyze the customer needs to provide the right technical solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients. Manage pre- and post-sales support including after-sales service coordination. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and negotiate close deals effectively. Report regularly on sales pipeline and customer feedback to the management
