Installation and Trouble Shooting of Software, Providing Technical Support to Customer, Handling Network Issues, Maintaining Networks including VPNs, Router, Mainframe, Creating Firewalls, Data Security Systems, Desktop Support, Setting up Hardware Systems, Troubleshooting basic IT Issues, Support the Implementation of new Solution and Applications, Establish Accounts for new users and assist with Password and Log in Problems, Installing and Upgrading Software, Installing and Upgrading Operating Systems and Computer Hardware, Advising on Software or hardware upgrades, Contacting to Clients to find out the nature of the Problem, Advising on software or hardware upgrades
