Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled IoT Engineer to lead the complete lifecycle of intelligent IoT product development from conceptualization and sensor integration to prototyping, software development, and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement IoT solutions with sensor integration for real-time monitoring and alert systemsDevelop hardware prototypes including sensor selection, microcontroller programming (ESP32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi), and connectivity (Wi-Fi, Zigbee, LoRa).Architect and develop the whole IoT stack: embedded firmware, cloud datapipelines, mobile/web dashboard visualization, alerts, and analytics.Work closely with cross-functional teams for system design, user requirements,and iterative testing.Optimize systems for power efficiency, reliability, and scalability.Oversee pilot deployments and collect user feedback for continuous improvement.Manage end-to-end manufacturing processes including selecting suitablemanufacturing partners, producing technical documentation, quality testing, and final product validation.Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant standards.Research and incorporate emerging IoT and AI technologies, especially for climate-smart agriculture applications.Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team.Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in related Engineering, Electronics, IoT, or anyrelated field.

Technology requirements: Experience in Device Management, Device Security, OTA & FOTA, Certificate Management Working knowledge of IoT device management and the associated protocols such as MQTT, AMQP, CoAP Develop embedded software for Edge devices Highly prefer candidates with prior experience at a device OEM focused on devices. Proficient with Python/C/C++ Microcontroller PIC, AVR, ARM Cortex, ESP32, Arduino and others Experience of HW designing rules, PCB Layout in Cad soft Eagle/Altium Designer etc. Hands on experience on Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzer, Function/Signal generator, Solder Station (SMD/DIP) Protocols: - Ethernet, Wi-Fi, USB, Serial interfaces (SPI, I2C, RS485, RS422, RS232), Modbus, HTTP, MQTT Expertise in Hardware Design, PCB Layout, Arduino, Embedded C programming and Embedded System Integration Knowledge of the following protocols LORA, LORAWAN, TCP/IP, LACP, 802.1d, 802.3, 802.11ac Build, test, and deploy firmware for prototypes and next generation wifi, ZigBee, Thread, and Bluetooth LE devices Experience with embedded Linux, including device driver development Experience with testing and debugging embedded electronics, including operating knowledge of standard electronic test equipment. Experience with troubleshooting / root cause techniques for electronic assemblies Experience in working with Linux and Windows environmentQualification: Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Internet of Things area. Hands on embedded systems including microprocessors, microcontrollers, wireless semiconductors, regulators, standard digital logic ICs, and discrete semiconductors Good to have - Cross-Platform Architect in the Internet of Things space who has designed IoT solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure IoT Hub, PTC Thing works, either all or some of them
