Job Profile (Exam Lab Invigilator - ELI)The Exam Lab Invigilator (ELI) is responsible for ensuring smooth, fair, and secure conduct of exams. Duties include verifying candidate identity, biometric authentication, monitoring exam sessions, preventing malpractice, and supporting post-exam procedures. Key tasks involve pre-exam setup, maintaining vigilance during the exam, and reporting any incidents. Candidates must exhibit professionalism, clear communication, and alertness. Graduates, ex-bankers, teachers, and ex-servicemen are preferred. The role requires flexibility to travel within the city and work as per exam schedules. Completion of mandatory training and certification is required. This is a part-time/contract-based opportunity offering valuable experience in exam operations.

1. Checking Identification: You will need to check the identification of each student to ensure that they are who they say they are, and that they are registered to take the exam. 2. Explaining Exam Rules: You will need to explain the rules of the exam to the students, including what they can and cannot do during the exam, and the consequences of any violations.3.Distributing and Collecting Exam Materials: Exam invigilator will be responsible for distributing exam papers, answer sheets, and any other materials needed for the exam. After the exam, you will need to collect and organize all materials.4. Monitoring the Exam: Exam invigilator will need to monitor the exam room to ensure that students are not cheating or engaging in any other misconduct. This includes walking around the room, observing students, and addressing any issues that arise.5. Handling Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, such as a fire alarm, you will need to evacuate the exam room and ensure the safety of all students.6. Reporting Incidents: Exam invigilator will need to report any incidents or violations to the appropriate authorities, such as exam boards, schools or colleges.
