Supervisor will be solely responsible at the site and should be ready to travel all over South IndiaShould have good communication skillsShould have experience into interiors Monitor if the resources are utilized fully. He has to supervise if the people on site are working according to the plan. Taking site measurements. Solving site problems. Site meetings. Adhere to the material management. Timely completion of sites.

Project Management- Site Validation, preparing cost sheet,monitoring the execution works, coordinating with material vendors(post confirming procurement) for materials, materials qty.,specs & quality check on site before usage,Client communication - finalising the materials & selection of remaining items to ensure quicker completion timeline, protecting Project margin, customer experience, project timeline & updating google sheets.All communications to be documented in client & internal groups. No compromises on final finishes. Daily work updates & next day work plan to be posted in the group.Finding new & better service & material vendors, business development,improving/creating SOP's to improve the existing one's.
