We are seeking an experienced Architect Designer to join our team in Jaipur. The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing and planning innovative architectural projects. The position requires a strong understanding of architecture principles and a creative approach to solution development.Key Responsibilities:- Concept Development: Create and refine architectural concepts based on client needs and project requirements, ensuring designs are both functional and aesthetically appealing.- Project Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and project reports, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to gather input and ensure alignment on design objectives.- Site Analysis: Conduct site assessments to evaluate environmental conditions, zoning laws, and other factors that might impact the design process.- Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design ideas and concepts to gain approval.- Oversight: Supervise construction projects to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and adjust plans as necessary in response to real-time challenges.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and 5 to 11 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is essential. A strong understanding of building codes and materials is expected. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, be detail-oriented, and show creativity in problem-solving.
