Responsibility of an architectural engineer is to focus on a building's engineering aspects. A person in this role designs the mechanical and structural systems of a building, as well as managing challenges that arise with its electrical and lighting systems. Must have a certificate for approval purposes

Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.Developing and presenting project proposals.Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

We are looking for an artful Interior designer/Architect to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and executing the design. The goal is to design practical spaces but yet visually pleasing. Responsibilities Undertake design project from concept to completion. Define project requirements during the brief. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans, Research and decide on materials and products sourcing Produce sample and mood products. Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors. Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices Skills Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions) Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion or other design programs. Excellent portfolio of previous works, Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
