Roles & Responsibility: -Expert in interior design for premium villas, residential apartments, clubhouses, commercial offices, hospitality, service apartments, co-livings with relevant experience, and with an eye for detail.Interior Design and Coordination with External consultants, Contractors Vendors, site execution team, etc.Review interior design proposals sent by Architects.Review and evaluate the interior design as per set parameters of design, functionality, aesthetics, experience, cost, construction, etc.Preparing and evaluating BOQ for interior works.Proficient in Designing and A-Cad Drafting, photoshop, 3D max, Google sketch up & RevitSelection of materials, design, and presentations.Supervision / Execution of work.Tendering, negotiation Finalization of Interior Contracts.Ability to work independently and work with minimum supervision.

A Senior Interior Designer at BlueMasons is expected to perform all the responsibilities for the Design end of a project. They are equipped with a number of resources to fulfil the expected duties. They report to the Head of Department for Design directly.CANDIDATES ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF 4 YEARS INTERIOR DESIGN EXPERIENCE AND A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR DESIGN LEAD EXPERIENCEKey Responsibilities:1. Client Handling: All key communications for the project - Requirements, Timelines, Edits, Material Information, Queries etc are handled by the senior designer2. Core planning of the project: Plan and execute design decisions on the basis of client interactions. Design includes the overall civil and furniture setting as well as the design language for a project.3. Detailed Design Briefs: Create and submit in depth design decisions for each zone for the process of generating 3D visuals. Design Decisions include - Structures, materials, lighting and any other relevant item pertaining to the design4. Material Selection: Shortlisting and presenting the exact physical materials to be used in the project. Selection can take place in the in-house material library or at vendor stores as per requirement.5. Cost Balance: A key part of the job is to stick to the budgetary and Quantity estimates provided at the start of the project. A senior designer is expected to have a basic understanding of industry pricing6. Team Development: Every Senior Designer is equipped with a team of Juniors to work with them on projects. The senior is expected to guide, train and monitor the Junior assigned.7. Production Documentation: The senior is expected to develop all the prescribed documents needed for the on site as well as factory production.8. Execution Evaluation: A senior is expected to monitor the progress of work on site to ensure the development is in accordance with the design.
