We are seeking an Interior Site Supervisor in Pune, India, who will oversee interior projects while working closely with our design and construction teams. This entry-level position requires a graduate with up to 2 years of experience in the field.Key Responsibilities:1. **Project Supervision**: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring that all work is completed according to design specifications and quality standards. This includes coordinating with workers and subcontractors on-site.2. **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of materials and finishes meets our standards. Address any issues promptly to avoid project delays.3. **Communication**: Act as a vital link between clients, architects, and construction teams. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and any challenges that may arise.4. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, materials used, and any incidents that occur. This is essential for tracking progress and managing project timelines.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, allowing for effective collaboration with various teams. Applicant should be from Commercial fitout interior project experience background.Handle Finishing, Planning, and scheduling of the Projects.Hands-on experience in Interior Fit-outs Including MEPInteract with Client & Designers to understand project requirements in a team.Collect Drawings & Production details from designers. Analyze drawings & clear all projects related doubts with the Designer. Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work to the coordinator.Preparing POA for the execution of the project & confirm the number of days consumed with the required Manpower & tools. Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning Contractors to execute the project.Project Department Meeting and make MOMs to understand & address their problems or invite practical suggestions.Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism. The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a new prospective client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the design trends for Interior, Signage and Graphic in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
