The Security Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and property within the hotel premises. The role involves planning, implementing, and supervising all security operations, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, and providing a professional and reassuring presence throughout the property.Key Responsibilities:Supervise, schedule, and train security personnel.Oversee guest, staff, and asset safety across all hotel areas.Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control points.Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.Manage emergency response procedures (fire, medical, evacuation).Coordinate with local police, fire, and emergency services when necessary.Prepare security reports, incident logs, and risk assessments.Ensure compliance with statutory safety and hotel brand standards.Important Courses / Qualifications:Bachelors degree or diploma in Security Management, Hotel Management, or Criminology (preferred).Certification in Hotel Security Management, Fire and Safety, or Industrial Security (CIS).First Aid and Emergency Response certification.Training in Crowd Control, CCTV Operation, and Crisis Management.Prior experience in hospitality or hotel security is highly desirable.Background in military, police, or facility security is an added advantage.

Job Summary-Conduct surveys on child labour, child abuse, street, underprivileged and malnourished children.-Conduct survey on migrants, domestic workers, destitute women, single mothers, women involvedin flesh trade.-Identify the children/women who are vulnerable, begging and living on the streets.- Establish contact points and invite children/women to take part in our education and awarenessprograms.-Guide and develop contact with these children/women.-Have ongoing contact and build positive relationships (legal intervention) with hardenedchildren/women thereby unlocking them from the street and transit them into a stable and beneficialenvironment.-Link children/women on the street to the intake programmes and day care centers/shelters.-Develop a program for the children that need for a healthy life away from the street.
