Game Designer (Game Creator) JD:Roles and Responsibilities: Create and Generate the GDD(Game Design Document) Develop and design the original concept Creating addictive features, Game mechanics, Wire frame, fun elements, addictive game loops, and a reward balance Developing the storyline, character back-stories, and dialogue including any relevant research Maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state in the production team Generate sound effects, musical score, sound edit and sound mix Work closely with User Experience (UX) Designers to optimize the player interface Commitment and focus to complete every task to a high standard A flexible approach to work and to meet deadlinesRequired Skillset: Proven game designer experience Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written documentation Have a good understanding of technical implementation within games An understanding of marketing and market research to understand what your target audience wants and how to sell it to them Basic to understandable drawing skills to communicate ideas visually An innovative approach to game design and the ability to come up with new ideas Teamworking skills and the ability to collaborate with others to create the game Ability to understand the 2D oriented game designEducational Qualification Visual communication or any gaming related course completed candidates more preferable.
