Information Technology Executive Graduate Experience Jobs in Coimbatore

We are seeking an Information Technology Executive to support our IT operations in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and must hold a graduate degree. This is a full-time, office-based role.Key Responsibilities:> Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core MVC and React.js > Build and consume RESTful APIs for integration with internal modules and third-party systems (lab analyzers, payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, etc.)> Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance in SQL Server.> Work on Azure cloud services including App Services, Blob Storage, Azure AD/Entra ID, and deployment pipelines> Maintain version control using GitHub; contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and management > Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams across multiple healthcare modules > Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and contribute to technical documentation > Support EF Core-based schema design, migrations, and entity modeling> Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime
