Understand the floor issues of flow quality or floor problems came from either customer or architect;Help foremen and labors to understand the problem and give solution to them;Reading and writing reports for inward and outward of material as well as maintain labor muster;Planning of activities as well as labors;Understand quality specifications;Mediator between customer and the worker;Maintain co-ordination between other supervisors and managers;Collecting data such as insect samplesMaintaining records of fieldwork activities, including time spent in each location, types of samples collected, and findingsPreparing reports about findings and observations, including maps, charts, photographs, and videosCollecting data such as measurements, weights, and other information used in surveys and experiments.

Job SummaryDescription:As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you will support the implementation and maintenance of the engineering program across the warehouse and delivery operations, including, but not limited to; defining Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) updates, process improvement initiatives, system configuration, and education of field leadership and team members on engineering functions. You will be responsible for performing onsite audits, performance validations, and analytical evaluations of operational activitiesResponsibilities and Duties: Experience with time study methodologies, the predetermined time systems (MOST, MTM or MSD), and labor standards Knowledge of engineering optimization methods (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) and standard project management processes Strong leadership and conflict management skills Ability to manage and adjust multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
