Independently handle GST refund applications including:o Inverted duty structure refundso Refunds under Rule 89(4), 89(4A), and 89(4B) Perform monthly GST reconciliations (books vs. GSTR-2A/2B) and ensure timely rectification of mismatches. Maintain compliance with IMS (Integrated Management Systems) standards in financial reporting and documentation. Respond to notices and queries from the GST Department, and represent the company during audits and assessments. Keep abreast of latest GST notifications, circulars, and legal updates relevant to the pharmaceutical sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth input tax credit flow and tax mapping.
