The Implementation Executive has direct responsibility for managing implementation at client place from end-to-end, raising issues to the Implementation Manager as required for resolution or escalation. This position is responsible for the organization and delivery of software product implementation, with the assistance of the Product Support/ Technical team. While being predominantly internally focused, this position requires a strong communication bridge between all departments, and the client, in order to execute and deliver a successful implementation. As this role is client facing, strong interpersonal skills are required and a commitment to delivering the highest level of client service. Security of our clients data is paramount and the role requires a 'Security First' mindset. The role also requires a good working knowledge of Windows, iOS and Android operating systems for laptops, desktops and mobile devices.Key responsibilities:1. Manage the setting up trials of software for clients. 2. Oversee product configuration, including imports, templates and more. 3. Responsibility for gaining relevant client sign off on information throughout Implementation. 4. Documentation of the processes laid out during the implementation5. Maintain levels of communication internally to create high levels of transparency over the whole implementation timeline. 6. Partnering with the Implementation Manager as required in order to substantiate any escalations related to operations for quick and effective resolutions. 7. Promptly assist with any customer support requests for the initial period after implementation. 8. Ensure usage of the implemented products for the initial phase till it is handed off to the operations team. 9. Giving feedback to the Implementation manager/Team about the new requirements from the clients based on the implementation. 10. Prepare case study for the implementations with a focus on showing
