Be technically savvy, understand client requirements and document them as per defined process Be able to carry out product customizations at the client site during product implementation phase Train client resources to use the product being deployed. Training should focus on the product features andcustomization done for them. Be able to handle post implementation activities such as resolving technical and functional issues andperforming knowledge transfer to his/her peers Be polite to the clients and handle every situation with utmost care and keep their reporting managersinformed of their daily activities during implementation phase Ensure adherence to defined processes based on the work assigned Have good communication skills (English and Regional language - Written and Oral) Have good inter-personal skills
