JDDevelop, configure, and maintain IBM Netcool OMNIbus, Impact, and WebGUI components.Exp in Impact or Probe development (These are Netcool modules)Design and implement custom probes and gateways.Develop Netcool rules, triggers, filters, and event enrichment logic.Integrate Netcool with third-party tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or other ITSM systems.Automate event correlation and noise reduction using Impact policies.Work with monitoring teams to onboard new services and ensure observability.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.4+ years of experience working with IBM Netcool suite.Strong hands-on experience in Netcool OMNIbus, Impact, WebGUI, and custom probes.Good knowledge of scripting languages (Perl, Shell, JavaScript, etc.).Experience with ITIL processes and incident/event management.

1. Project Coordination: - Assisting the Country Director in overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project delivery.2. Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of project activities, outcomes, and evaluations.- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing project progress and impact.3. Impact Analysis: - Analyse data to assess the effectiveness of programs.- Develop practical strategies for continuous improvement based on findings.4. Monitoring and Evaluation: - Conduct regular site visits to project locations along with Director to monitor progress.- Collect feedback from Project teams, beneficiaries & stakeholders for project assessments.5. Communication: - Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and community members.- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to share project updates.6.
