You'll be the first point of contact, guiding clients to licensed professionals who will take their application forward with legal expertise and care.We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and well-connected individuals to join our team as Referral Agents on a commission basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and referring potential clients interested in Canadian immigration services such as temporary residence, permanent residence, family sponsorship, student permits, and business immigration.This role is ideal for someone with a network of international students, families, businesses, or other potential immigrants.Key Responsibilities:Identify and connect prospective clients who are genuinely interested in Canadian immigration services.Provide basic information about available immigration pathways (without offering legal advice).Refer interested clients directly to our licensed immigration consultant using approved communication protocols.Maintain accurate records of referrals and communication.Follow up with referred clients to ensure proper onboarding and to maintain engagement until enrollment.Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and client confidentiality at all times.Compensation Structure:You will earn 30% of the professional fees collected from your referred clients.Commissions are disbursed in milestones, based on the stages at which professional fees are received from the client.All payments will be recorded and paid out upon completion of the agreed stage of service delivery and receipt of client payment.Compliance Note:You will not provide immigration advice or representation.
