This is a full-time position, and we welcome freshers who are ready to start their careers in the aviation industry.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure Passenger Safety: You will be responsible for the safety of passengers during the flight, including conducting safety demonstrations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.- Provide Excellent Customer Service: You will assist passengers with their needs, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant travel experience, creating a welcoming environment onboard.- Serve Meals and Beverages: You will be tasked with serving food and drinks to passengers while maintaining cleanliness and order in the cabin.- Manage Emergencies: In case of an emergency, you must be prepared to act quickly and efficiently, following established procedures to ensure passenger safety.- Conduct Pre-flight Checks: You will perform checks of emergency equipment and ensure that the cabin is ready for passengers, including verifying that all supplies and materials are stocked.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. A friendly and positive attitude is essential for providing excellent service. You should be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job, which may include standing for long periods. A good understanding of basic safety procedures is desirable, and the ability to remain calm under pressure is crucial. Freshers with a high school education (10th pass) are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.

Cabin Crew are responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. Their primary role is to provide excellent customer service while also following safety protocols.Key Responsibilities:1. Greeting passengers as they board the aircraft and assisting them with finding their seats2. Conducting pre-flight safety demonstrations and providing instructions to passengers when necessary3. Serving food and beverages to passengers during the flight4. Responding to passengers' requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

NEEDED AIRPORT GROUND STAFF A HR Mr. Nitin Sharma Check-in: Greet passengers, verify tickets and travel documents (passport, visa, etc.). Seat allocation: Assign seats to passengers. Boarding pass issuance: Issue boarding passes, which are documents that allow passengers to board the aircraft. Baggage handling: Assist with baggage check-in and weigh luggage. Passenger assistance: Provide assistance to passengers, including those with special needs or those experiencing fear of flying. Boarding gate duties: Process passengers at the boarding gate, ensuring they have the correct boarding pass and documents. Has to receive the bookings, make reservations in the GDS System and other travel portals, and have to pass the booking to the Consolidator to issue the tickets. Once the booking is confirmed and tickets are issued, the candidate has to do the billing in the accounting software (we will provide the training) and has to send the bills to the clients. Handling Reservations & Ticketing ( Domestic and International) *The candidate will have to provide end to end services to the client.
